I should have the right to choose compared to alcohol abuse, and what It do to those who blackout ruin their insides from years of drinking. Some beat their wives and even abuse children. With Weed the worst side effect to me is Over Thinking in this microwave society, We need more thinking, Believers, We need more Readers

So read between the lines to what I'm really trying to say is its proven medically marijuana  positively effects lives every day but it's Illegal. Hemp was used to make rope for the us army, and not it's illegal to smoke. I researched and found out the history  Harry Anslinger used racist evidence and lies to get it illegalized. So he and his guys could get paid they even went as far to say that "Cannabis makes blacks think they are better than us".  Come on man! Basically once again a couple money hungry ambitious men used their influence and power to control this country. So whether you smoke it or not, look at the big picture. 

We need to step letting people like Anslinger dictate the way we think and feel for real. So here's a finger to all you Anslingers in the world. 

While I blow smoke out of my nose and let it rise and curl. Pure Safe and Potent.

This dude is always late, He always make me look bad, and what's sad

Is that I choose hire him, Dang I should have fired him, but I gave him a chance. Matter of fact I gave him chance after chance after chance. If I lose this job over his ignorance, I'm going in a rage, I just got a raise. I need some coffee.

 

Here we go, I had a long night fussing and fighting about the living arrangements. Tired as hell fighting this world to keep the situation. I practice patience only to keep this cubicle where they got me stationed. Tried to wake up early at the brake of dawn. Just mowed the lawn yesterday, and plus I went to church because I felt I had to pray. Worked several days even took on a couple shifts. but it wont matter cuz i'm about to get fired and I know he's pissed.

 

I know he need this job, but  he's not gonna rob me of this opportunity. I got kids to feed, and they just promoted me. So when I see this man he's gonna get canned. So good luck with unemployment.

 

There he go, there he go walking in with his tight shirt, his tight pants, tight tie but I just see a target, cold and heartless don't care nothin about the common people. Just trying to make it, it make no common sense. I work hard all day, When he just ride the bench, ride the bench.

 

Man I wish I had it like he did, He got no kids, I got 3 kids. Been here for 3 years. Look at him probably drunk off So'Co and three beers Pants baggy rap music banging He aint thinking about the future. So youngsta I don't want nothin' to do with you. Your late again.

Well maybe i've been late 10 times but I'm the best employee you've ever had. I think its sad you manipulate me so you can get a pay check. I pay respects by putting in my nine to five . I try to hard to do the labor with no disregard. Other employees treat it like its a job but its my life its kept me up for a couple nights.There's been a couple months I should have deserved a raise. You sit back and laugh at me while you getting paid. You got it made Mr. Uncle Tom, Keep us in line, you don't think about nobody but your selfish self

You think its easy being me the supervisor. This bridge between the CEO of this department and the average Joe. What you don't know is that I recommended that we hire you. With all the potential you lack the fundamentals. DOn't make excuses for your mistakes. I bust my behind to get here. It took years blood patience motivation dedication and even tears. When you are late you make everything late.

I can v for the money you've made for the company, but you ain't got nothin' on me. I'm just here to support my wife kids and my mom

 

Me too, you can't even believe or understand the pressure. It starts to fester I worry about my mother all the time while getting paid. And you may not sit back in the shade but I don't either. I was late so I parked the car and the payment ran out on the meter, but forget It I won't even explain.

 

Look Young man we both a product of this society. 

Young man you still got a job, Because its clear that you're sincere. So after we finish here lets hit the bar and get a beer
